Our training procedures not only ensure the safety of our drivers but ensure they have adequate knowledge of the various customers’ requirements including accessing sites and preferred unloading areas. We understand the importance of product knowledge and customer relations and believe that our 5 day training program will ensure our drivers are able to confidently maintain the high level of customer satisfaction we have developed over our years of service. This 5 day training program ensures our drivers can demonstrate they understand the following procedures:

- Drivers Induction Manual*
- Load Restraining Procedures
- Oversize Load Procedures
- Fatigue Management Policy
- Hours of Work Policy
- Safety Policy
- Crane Operating Procedure

*All drivers are provided with an induction manual prior to commencing work with STEPHENSON TRANSPORT. This manual is kept in a display book in each vehicle along with all policies/procedures referred to in the manual & copies of all relevant forms. This manual highlights the following expectations & obligations of the drivers:

STEPHENSON TRANSPORT always employs drivers who have a strong work ethic and are highly motivated & reliable. STEPHENSON TRANSPORT also maintains an extremely low sick leave rate however as the majority of its work is uncontracted its success has been based on its ability to be flexible & responsive to customer requirements.
